Remove brake dust and glazing. Adjust brakes and parking brake, lubricate as required
Road test the vehicle, perform a visual inspection of the cooling system, connect the cooling system flush machine to the vehicle, start the engine and install flush into the cooling system, allow the engine to run for a full flush cycle, sample the coolant after the flush process is complete, check the freeze point of the coolant and adjust the freeze point as needed. Install inhibitors into the system, check the coolant pH balance and adjust as necessary to achieve a pH level of 9.5 to 10.5, remove the cooling system flush machine, pressure check the cooling system and check for proper cooling fan operation. Road test the vehicle and recheck the coolant level in the reservoir,
